Man finds brass button while metal detecting in NH

One u local New Hampshire user made quite a find.

Greg Gilbert said he stumbled upon this brass button while metal detecting Monday evening.

He said it's a New Hampshire volunteer militia button that's likely from the Civil War era.

Gilbert said this wasn't even the oldest item he's found while metal detecting.
